Booking Process

To confirm your session with Karina you are required to pay a minimum of $50 or 10% deposit whichever one is greater, to confirm the agreed day and time. The deposit is non-refundable.

The final payment is to be made on the day of your agreed session date, at the end of your session. If you have multiple sessions, full payment is to be made the day of the first service.
You may also pay in full when booking the appointment if preferred. 

Rescheduling and Cancellation terms and conditions

Please give Karina a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can reschedule once and your deposit will stay valid.

If you pay a deposit and decide you no longer want Karina’s services, you will lose your deposit because she will have kept that day and time free for you. 

Travel Terms and Conditions

Colour analysis, Body Shape, Wardrobe Refresh and Outfit Planning are held at the comfort of your home. 

Karina will travel to you and bring all the equipment required to conduct the session. We just ask that you provide a small space by a window with lots of natural light for the Colour Analysis. The best lighting is to give you the best experience together as well as the clearest results. This is not required for the other sessions.  

Karina is based in Gardenvale, and allows a travel distance of 35km with no extra charge. 
Locations that are more than 35kms and less than 45km from Gardenvale will incur an additional $50 to allow for the extra travel time. Locations that are more than 45kms and less than 55kms will incur an additional $75. Locations that are more than 55kms and less than 65kms will incur an additional $100. For locations further than 65kms please contact Karina directly.
 
The additional travel fee will be added to your final invoice which is to be paid at the end of your session.

Colour Parties are to be at your home or venue of your choice where Karina travels to you. Locations that are more than 35kms and less than 45km from Gardenvale will incur an additional $50 to allow for the extra travel time. Locations that are more than 45kms and less than 55kms will incur an additional $75. Locations that are more than 55kms and less than 65kms will incur an additional $100. For locations further than 65kms please contact Karina directly.

Colour parties are best with natural daylight but are still achievable with less light.
